Myofascial Release

Myofascial release (or MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of muscle immobility and pain. This alternative therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.

Mary Beth TAKES THE TIME to assess the real problems behind bodily pain. Whenever I have a back or leg or arm or neck issue that won’t resolve, I make an appointment with her. She always finds the solution, and recommends effective exercises to strengthen or relax the muscles involved. For years I was plagued by lower back and leg pain. Mary Beth figured out the problem and found the  solutions in just a couple of sessions. SHE IS A GIFTED HEALER!!!!

Strain Counterstrain Technique

Counterstrain utilizes diagnostic tender points to identify painful, reflexively protected and contracted tissues. Counterstrain practitioners remove painful, reflexive tissue contractions from the body via a gentle hands-on process. Read more about Counterstrain here
